They do track based on domains, IP address, cookies. You be surprised how much google knows about you.

I use etology.com on one of my adult sites. It's similar to ad brite. I am pretty happy with them. Take a look on their website and you will see.

Yea, they say they even track you down to your door number  You just make G seem like God, just like they want. Even if they track based on domains, I still don't think this can be considered as an illegal action at all.

No one said you had to use it.

I'm controlling 5 different AdSense accounts on one PC, haven't had any problem so far. Even if they track it, I don't think they really care so much about it.

I'm making a lot of money via AdSense, and using only one account is a big risk for me. Because if it gets banned, my loss would be huge. So I'm seperating the earnings on 5 different accounts, it's way too secure for me.

    Yeah.

On the other hand if your observation is true, then it means Google is also cheating its Adwords publishers by showing there high paying ads on sites without any publisher id, so that google can pocket all the profit.

You can apply it and see. Decide whether they cheat or not yourself :)

Nice idea to secure money. But its against google adsense TOS.

    Nice found leet
Anyhow I am going to take a risk..If got success will post here. I have $51 in my adsense.

I don't think its illegal to leave pub id colum blank. Becoz google get benefits for all this.(free clicks)

    I don't think so.

What I think is happening here is that the smart pricing and ad targetting, for lack of a better word, get reset, which results in higher paying ads. It appears to only happen for a short period though.

Interesting observation leet, but I wouldn't advise anyone here to try this.

This thread is all about leaving the puiblisher ID field blank. by default the adsense-code contain your publisher id, but as leet has discovered if we remove the publisher id for few days, we'll get higher CPM ads on the sites.
