Yes, we can't be paid through paypal but we can pay.. Kinda weird but true and disappointing! I really want to be paid through paypal, I can't do many things without it. So guys do you know any solution to this or a paypal substitute? But let me know if it is safe :D

Moneybookers is the answer to your question. It is quiet popular among the users.

You need to open a Etrade financial account. When you open an account you will be given a ATM card. All you need to do is add a bank account in your paypal (Etrade will give you a step-by-step on how to do this) and transfer your paypal money to your etrade account.

Later you can withdraw your money from a local ATM.

Well if u create a paypal account putting the country as something else in which paypal is allowed then I guess you can easily get your money out through the payment processor xoom. Its fast and easy and xoom delivers money to bank accounts in many countries where paypal is not withdrawable like phillipines. So just check it out.

I'd like to ask the same question, if you live in EU then MoneyBookers is your best bet, but otherwise you might have some difficulties with withdrawing funds.

Hey kidblogger,I think you have to consider your age, whatever financial institution you deal with, theres a big chance they will check you out by phone.

Some of my friends got the call specially with XOOm,and they really messed up.

By the way its a good thing you start young.I did too...

no, you cannot send money directly from PayPal to MoneyBookers. If someone asks for your PayPal email you say that you do not have PayPal.
