Muslims Attack Another Elementary School

Muslims attacked another elementary school yesterday, this time in Gaza.

They managed to murder one bodyguard, but failed to kill either Majed Abu Shamaleh or John Ging, the likely targets of the attack. Seven other people were wounded. Majed Abu Shameleh is a senior Fatah official and John Ging is a senior UN official.

Ging has already survived one other assassination attempt.

This attack is believed to have been organized by the same group of Muslims who have been bombing Internet cafe's and pool halls in Gaza for quite some time.

This may simply be a Hamas tactic to put pressure on Fatah to agree to grant Hamas more authority in running the country.

In Q1 2007, 147 Gazans have been murdered in Muslim-on-Muslim sectarian violence.

It's really hard to blame the Israeli's for middle eastern violence when they are involved in such a small minority of it. But somehow, I get the feeling that some people here will try to blame the Jews anyway.

The conspiracy theorists would tell you that Israel is pitting both factions against each other and so taking away their fight from Israel.

Last year, Iran saw (or found out about) this tactic and so got Hezbollah to make sure the Palestinian focus was on Israel and not each other.

But, then again, thats just conspiracy theorists for you, finding a story out of nothing. Its more likely that indeed it is a "Hamas tactic to put pressure on Fatah to agree to grant Hamas more authority in running the country".

Such a small state, so much violence.

I cannot believe the muslims would do that, they are so peaceful. Certainly it is not there fault. It is probably the fault of the elementary school. What were those elementary school kids doing to provoke the attack?

It's probably the bad teaching and teachers.

In Thailand alone over 168 schools burned or 15% from the total in that muslim dominated area.

Maybe they were not being peaceful enough, so the experts came in to show how it's supposed to be done:confused:

They sure like to hide behind women and children, and use children for their dirty work. How can we forget Beslan, when they massacred innocent children? Now this. A few months ago, using children unknowingly as suicide bombers in Iraq, hiding behind women and children in Lebanon, blowing up children in Iraq with no regard.

These are the people some here defend and never have a bad word for. A Group of Supporters. These are the people democrats want to take over Iraq. What a shame.

I just don't see how you can blame followers of the religion of peace for this incident.

As Rebecca says, it must be the fault of the children.

It could also be a plot from the Mosaad or CIA who dressed up like Muslims. You know how they are. They're always trying to give terrorists a bad name. :D

Easily, when they claim to do it for the sake of Allah and call it a Jihad then we tend to believe its inspired through religion.

I forgot to add this Will, it's standard DP P&R etiquette to add a link to the story, I thought with close to 7.5k posts you'd know that by now. :p

Or was it that in the hurry to get the "Jew Line" in you forgot? :D

mainly just bush, after all he controls everything as he is an illuminati, right AGS? That means he controls politics, the weather, global warming, gas prices, the price of tinfoil (that AGS uses to cover his head and office), etc.

You sound more outraged or annoyed that the word "Jew" is mentioned than by the terrorist attack Hamas did to a school that caused death & injury.

Does your non interest in the actual story signify your approval of the attack, or that it doesn't bother you?

Can you see why people get confused (as you put) & believe tht your a terrorist supporter?
