any advices how to get traffic for real estate site are welcome. my site is 2 years old but unique are too low.. approx..30-40 unique..the best day is 50-60( i don't what i have to do recieve good amount of traffic.( a pray for 100 but for 2 years my best day is 60 unique
Try article submission . Write a high quality article about real estate and then submit them to article directories. What exactly is in your real estate website?
I tried digg and stumbleupon...maybe u can also use social networking sites,they convert less but you can get noticed by them
Write articles and submit with backlinks to your site. You can also Add fresh, unique content to your site. Adding content gets the search engines to spider your site more often.
Craigslist, a know a guy in real estate who is selling a minimum of two houses monthly from posted targetted ads on craigslist.

You will get traffic by backlinks and adding content. If you are going to buy links, only buy links from real estate related websites, don't just buy because they have a high pr. The more links you have pointing back to your site, the more important you look to the search engines. You will see an increase in traffic by having articles written and submitting to directories like ezinearticles.com, etc. Also make sure you add interested articles on topics your visitors will enjoy. I add content a few times a week. Look at your page seo. Do you have good title tags, h1 tags, alt tags for your images?
If think in terms of "analysis > action > measure >again analysis"... what the ACTUAL problem of your web-site is? If it is only about trafic then you will be able to generate more with article submitting (articles can focus on any aspect of real estate in your region), and probably purchasing some links. But if the real problem is that your visitors do not find your site useful, then I would think about content (articles again). In this case I would write keyword rich articles for web-site, and submit a minor versions of them (with different titles and a little bit shorted) to article web-sites.
