With the environment becoming an increasingly hot topic, this forum, with advertisement, could become extremely popular. Unfortunately, I simply do not have the time to continue its running.

I think your price is too high.

 

I am not selling the forum due to its revenue (obviously this is a major factor), however, on potential, and the fact that you already have a custom template, logo and banner with a member base (also including vbseo).

But it has over 54k posts made by a bot...

 

The trouble is I see a postcount of 66k, but 61k is just news bots.

So personally I only see 5k posts of actual content + 342 members, so that's what I would make a purchasing decision on.

Perfectly understandable as far as the members and posts go, however, the fact that this forum is so customized and with pre-installed hacks, this increases the price. I.e. If you were starting a forum and you wanted a unique template, you would pay for that. Also, much of the google search traffic actually comes from these news feeds, thus bringing more and more traffic to the site.

If I were to have a domain on its own (i.e. without the forum) with this much traffic and PR, I would be selling this for a very high price indeed. Although I could just do this or simply put a PPC template in its place, I feel this would be a great waste of a nice forum with members, etc.
