2. will you give a report/list of the sites submitted to ?

I will not supply a report as it is too much work for this low price but you supply email address so you will recieve the hundred on confirmation emails to see your submission being made.

3. can you give or PM the site that you said has gotten this service ?

The site i use for this service is my own site in my signature.

4. at least give us an example of its kind of site that you are going to submit since I would think that most guestbooks would consider the submission as spam and possibly report the url

Hi your submission is complete if you check your email address you supplied you will see the many email confirmations from the sites.

All latest pm requests sent also there is no report of sites sent but you supply the email address for submission so you will recieve all the confirmations of submission as it is being done.
