    Relevancy of the link, or PR of the link? Which comes first?

    My vote is for Relevancy, be happy with whatever PR you get.

    Both. Relevancy means you have similar themes and high PR means the site is rated high by the SEs. Both help.

    Relevancy comes first. then comes PR. But however, if PR is 5 or more, you can consider the site.

    i used to consider that pr is the no1 but the opinion of most guys here is different.. rankings is the target for me.. so i think i will choose high relevant links rather than High pr links!

    Relevant links with high PR would of course be the best ;) though relevant links are better in any case. Not only will a relevant link help in SE rankings, it'll also bring in traffic on it's own as people want to learn more (as they are on a related page).

    I cast my 'vote' for relevancy. Use of appropriate keywords for your anchor is very important as well.

    PR is great, but traffic and SERPs should always be your first goal.
