Man.... I like 2co but there stats really SUCKS... In "Check you payment" area... they are not LIVE Stats... it takes 4, 5 days to display a sale and its really annoying. How do u Handel it? doesnt it annoy you?
we wait for it. We just wait and wait and wait. You will get use to in few months. i am with 2co for like 3+ years. I have signed up with Plimus. Yet to make first transaction with them but dont know how quick their stats are.
Does 2CO send you an email right after a payment is received while the stats hasn't been updated? I am planing to use 2CO, but that would be a problem if it has to take 4 to 5 days to verify a payment.
Yes you get an instant email from 2CO for the payment. Only stats are very late (infact days late). Further they keep your money for days and get interest on it and then they release money. My client paid me on Tuesday, his card is charged instantly and funds deducted. Those funds dont come to my account till Friday and then I have to wait next friday for wire (in wire they will also hold reserve). So it is very slow and is very very annoying.
I have been using 2CO for 3-4 years now. There are good but they definitely have some negatives which they can really improve on I have had a mess with them when they cancelled my 4 years old account for which I really had to fight to get it back. I am looking for an alternative of 2CO for my new site Are there any other good one's?
WorldPay is one of the best know and most trusted, but they are rather expensive. Some people use also ChronoPay, but I have no experiences with them, so I can't really tell anything about them. MoneyBookers is also offering some sort of instant credit card processing, I am just not yet sure how it works (there is something related to cell-phones and no chargebacks), but I am currently in the process of getting my account approved for that, so if everything goes right then I could let you know how it works in a few days.
I am also with 2CO for last 3-4 years. But now I have also switched. I have opted to go with moneybookers and plimus. The problem with moneybookers is that their charges for credit card payment is 8% which is HUGE if your sale volume is high. Further you have apply for that and they will only approve than you can accept credit cards. No experience with that, I have applied but have never heard from them. The problem with plimus is that, they only send out money once a month on 15th. This is very inconvinent as 2CO use to send money every week. Now with plimus you have wait a month to get your money in your bank account or in master card. This is also a big disappointment. Their charges are 1% lower to 2CO. Dont know about service much as I am with them for like a week now.
Have you emailed them? Have you heard from them in response to your email? I have emailed them about a week ago but haven never heard from them again. Please do let me know.
Yes it is annoying . For all my sell even I cant keep records how much is the sale then check the payment area. I did earlier so found different result in the payment area as u said they are not showing live result. What makes me more annoyed is i have nearly 2k as Reserve Held
Use PayPal as first option. I dont use 2CO now but I used it in past and Yes, the stats takes 3-7 days to appear on your payments page...
Yes, I have exchanged emails with them for the past 1 or maybe even 2 weeks. They generally reply within 24h, this was my last reply so I hope to get approved within the next few days. You should check your spam box because their replies might have ended up there. [edit] and I think the fee isn't 8% anymore, the contract they sent me states that it is 3.5% + €0.29. That is quite low considering the fact that you have chargeback protection (so you won't have to worry about losing money to scammer)
As a 2co vendor, I have found that if you want to find a sale, you can use the "to find a sale" function in your admen and the sale will be listed very quickly. The page that you are looking at is for payment's only. If you have a sale, it will not be listed on the payment page until the payment has cleared, and depending on what option was used, will determine how long it takes to show up. The find a sale option allows you to pull up blocks of sales if you want to. Have you looked at 2Checkout.com new site? You may want to hit their forums. I have been with 2Checkout for three years and have found it to be the best way for me to sell my product world wide.
