far as mafiastreetlords.com running the script in which they are on. is because it was setup for me by me. and then I sold the site. therefore was in no breach of anything. I have the timestamped emails as well as convos in regards to this. And I had told you exactly what was mine to start with. not the entire code is copyright to me.. However mods for it are. and You were told about this prior to releasing your bugged up junk crap public.

The other site you mentioned above I have no idea who they even are. Put yourself in check there son..

The pricing on my site are so low because that industry is dead. I moved on to much larger real life projects and have no time for the small things anymore.

Next step I will be releasing them all FREE of charge.

You have never told me which mods were yours, i have NEVER actually used any of your mods, 3 of them i had a coder code for me and the rest i coded MYSELF, their whole structure is based on an admin panel which your script does NOT even have! How can you say that i used your mods? Something is seriously wrong with you.
Also, how could you inform me before i actually released my script?
Maybe you just thought to yourself: "Lets send an e-mail to an anonymous person hoping he is developing a similar script to what i'm offering and hope that he gets it"?!
Just to clarify things to everyone - I was never contacted by him before i released the script, first time i have had anything to do with this person was when HE HIMSELF purchased a copy of MyPimpScript from me and that probably was the only legal thing he had done...

I am not going to reply here anymore as i have actually REALLY don't have time for this child talk with you.
I proved my point and i think everyone can use common sense and judge the issue...

I have it all documented from your initial release. Why do you think I bought a copy of what you were selling. I have no need for it. I have and built the damn thing.

Far as the copyrights go. Yes I have submit to your hosting isp as well as to my lawyer. And yes I do have legal things going right now that do not look in your favor. Keep talking as you are only helping me out.


Far as not mentioning to you on the features you are using I have talked to you many times about it. You came clean on the club script which is fine and you are in legal realms on that now. But for mods and upgrades I had done with that script in which you have mypimpscript running

Well, if you claim you wrote some of my administration features and other functions i would please like to know EXACTLY which functions you wrote.
I made the administration panel from scratch, how can you say you made it?!

I hope you don't mind telling me exactly which functions are yours here publicly.

If indeed i find them to be yours i will remove them, i have never tried to do anything illegal and that's exactly the reason why i purchased the club game legally.

You have also NEVER told be about any of your mods, you just keep bragging that you actually wrote that script which is wrong.

I really don't take lawyer threats kindly, I have my own lawyer as well and for a change he's a damn good lawyer who walked me through 3 successful cases so far.

BUT you are still using my manageusers.php and logs.php in your OWN game trumobsters.com, which i wrote from SCRATCH, now...Would you consider this legal or copyright infringement?!?!

Well, I know that everything I have used from MyPimpScript has been top-notch with excellent support. I run several small sites, and honestly don't know how Shreder keeps up with all of his work. I think I'd fold personally. And yes the script has a few bugs, I've never seen a script that didn't though. The important thing is that most if not all of the features work fine and most of the other bugs aren't major problems until you can update and fix them. And when they are big enough problems Shreder helps you fix them. Not to mention that there is an excellent support community as well for the script.

I haven't seen anything too impressive on lowridertj's side of things, but I don't know as much about his script either. I know that I don't want my site shut down though =)
