Just submit free directory both new and old and you will get PR3 easily. If you want PR4 you need some one-way link from relevant site with some of ages, If you need PR5+ you need many of them.

Here's what some people do. Join decent PR domains, post a bit in the forums and have their URL in their signatures.... though spamming these forums would be a bad idea..

Get more backlinks. But only from sites with few links on the page on which yours is, has a similar theme to yours and has a high PR itself.

I have had my site up and running for 2 months and wasn't even focusing on PR. I have just been focusing on driving free traffic to my site. I checked yesterday for the first time in weeks and am at PR3.

I did it by reading through these forums. There are some awsome tips. Just takes a little time to find them.

Getting backlinks from higher PR site will solve the problem. You can try for directory submissions and article submissions. It will give you one way links.

Concentrate on real important things like Rankings not PR

Pr will come when geting links (baclinks) but concentrate on rankings there are the most important thing

There's nothing to teach. Instead, focus on SEO techniques - PR is the end result of good SEO.

And what you're referring to is Toolbar PR, which is pretty unimportant.
