I search through their engine and find a good two-three word .com domain, the next day I check the same domain and surprise!.. It is gone..

I don't think this is some sort of coincidence, can it be? Until now, I used many services while searching for domain names, but did not experience any such thing, until I began using their service. I guess those guys analyze their search logs really well:mad:

so its your mistake, if you find a good domain you should not wait till tomorrow register it at the same time,
there are many people searching for the same thing every minute...

No it's no coincidence. It was most likely picked up by a domain tasting company. If the name has no traffic to it for the next 5 days, it'll most likely be dropped, so you should NOT type the domain into the URL Address or do a whois search for the next 5 days. You might be able to pick it up after then.

So they hold the domain name temporarily and release it if there's no other search? That's really interesting..

They taste those names to see if there's type-in traffic & see if the name can make at least the domain registration costs back. If so, they keep the name, if not, they drop it.
