1. Will I get notified when they receive my tax form? You can check the status after 7 - 14 days in My Account Tab -> Profile - > Payment Information. You can see W8 Received: Yes/No 2. What's the different between azoogleads and other affiliate networks? Best Paying Offers than Most of the other networks. Start running the offers and you will find the difference. 3. Offers List -> Step 2 > Acceptable Traffic Types, I see only one checkbox for Web/Banner, where are other options? I guess when u applied you only selected advertising by web/ banner only . You can ask your AM for Email and Search to be opened for you. 4. Offers List -> Step 3 > Select the Offer Type, there are options like All Active, Expiring and Expired. Depending on the Offers expiry date you can classify them . Better to check only active offers rather than expiring. 5. My Account -> User Profile -> My URL's. Yes you need your website to be approved before you run offers on any website. *.example.com may have different content than example.com, I feel you need to even get those approved ( Only according to me ) 6. It will just track the images as they are not directly hosted on azoogle . if you remove that you will not know the CTR of the banners displayed on your website. Better to have it then removing it .
