Looking for partner to program web tool - PHP or ASP needed

    Hi, I need to create a web tool and it will probably be created in PHP or ASP so you will probably need experience in one of those fields. I am hoping to partner with you and you can be the programmer and keep the tool up-to-date and I will host it.
