    it is not that high, i would have got that money if i work hard after college, few of my friend got 75000 - 85000 (2 years after college) and the job market is really good now in New York

    You gotta be a hard worker, it's hard sometimes, you have to give up watching TV with your family, because your learning something new, or working late. It's just like anything though, you have to be committed, not the loony bin kind either, you got to focus on your goals and work towards them.

    It sounds like a really interesting job, and I think if you wanted to do it, it would be a great thing to do, kind of like being a data analyst for the CIA, except with less people trying to kill you! Especially as you might end up with three monitors, it would definetly be worth it :);)

    they work in software company. They are all Computer Science major. It doesn't look like a hard job, all he do is read email, forward to developer, and get back to customer

    The hard part is the customer are cooperate that spend a lot of money each month so he has to make sure problem is solved and customers are happy

    Yea go for it, I'm sure more big websites will be looking for employees for these jobs. The pay is pretty good as well :)
