    an average PPC from Adsense on this site would be around .80-1.20 due to the topic of the site.. currently I am only running the ad of my Legal Form site on it and it does 1-2 sales a month.. I did not put any text links because I was focused on getting higher PR.. currently it is 2.

    During the next tax season this site will bring nice profits.. the only reason I am selling it because I do not have time to do web stuff anymore, I have way better payouts from other activities
