Is it a movie? Try VLC media player.
If not, try something like powerISO.

If you Have A .bin and a .cue, download Vcdgear, and it will convert them into a .mpg or .avi,

As others have mentioned, .bin is an image file. There are normally two files in the image 'set'. A .bin file and a .cue file. Some programs need the .cue to open the .bin while others do not. Depends on what the file is.

If you're using a program that insists on the .cue file being present then you can simply create one if it doesn't already exist. Simply create a .txt file and paste the following into it:

    FILE "nameofbinfile.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

...and then rename the file to 'nameofbinfile.cue'. Make sure that 'nameofbinfile' is the actual name of your original .bin file.

So, for example, if you have a .bin file called shrek6.bin but no .cue file, you'd create a text file, and insert the following:

    FILE "shrek6.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

...then you'd save and rename it to 'shrek6.cue' and save it in the same directory as shrek6.bin (additional tip, when renaming you can force the extension by putting the whole file name in quotation marks. E.g. when renaming a text file, in the Save As dialog box, for File Name, call it "shrek6.cue" including the "" marks. This will automagically give it the .cue extension).

    Hope that helps.

Just download MagicISO, Using it to open bin/cue file, or mount bin/cue file as virtual cd.
