$150 design contest!

Brief!
I need a design for a new poker related site i am planning on launching. The colour scheme needs to be fairly dark with web2.0 style. I particularly like the colurs blue, black and green.
I would like it coded. Obviously i will pick the winner then you can code the design.
Along the top for pages i would like "Home", "Reviews", "Articles", "Bonuses" & "Links".

I like fairly "chunky" designs, which are centered with a background, and love cartoon style headers, possible showing poker chips and cards, with the writing "www.pokerpotz.com"

I like designs such as xwww.dailygambler.com, which looks very web2.0.
xwww.stackspoker.com i like the cartoon card player there.

Extra Info
The design, MUST be easy to edit in dreamweaver, i have had designs that are impossible to edit in dreamweaver before.

Please post stating you will enter before entering the contest. I will run this until i find a suitable design. I MAY pick the first design i see, or may take some time before i find one.
I will also post advice, on how to improve each design and give you all feedback.

sounds good, so you want basic html coding not css?

 

ohh, forgot to mention CSS would be good, as it is more SEO friendly.
CSS + XHTML, if you cannot code this, im sure you will find someone who can for $30-$50.

Also may ask for a "preview" of a normal page, such as the review page to see your ideas on other page layouts.

I have a question... when you say "with web2.0 style/looks very web2.0" Does it mean the coding needs to be web2.0 as well, or the template can be created with html/tables.

 

just the design needs to be web2.0
The coding MUST be seo-friendly, that is my only requirement for coding.
