this is illegal use of the file. I just deleted mine because it says the contents cant be shared. And the book had to be purchased.
If you object to this don't forget to "flag" the blog to alert Blogger (and Google) that there is a problem.
You gonna have to careful with what you do I am sure there are many members here who know how to reach Joel (hint) to let him know of any possible copyright infringments

We noted your report but until we heard from Joel that it was unauthorised what were we supposed to do? In anycase it's a dispute between Joel and the so called "Mr Google". Joel, Personely I am sorry that this type of stuff happens. I find it hard to believe that this went on this long I am glad you came in when you did. I use download guard to protect my products but who knows what happens from there I wonder how many have given them away like this. To the thief who started this, You should have a least captured email addresses so you could start building your list. As long as your are giving away some elses product you may as well benefit. Jeesh Not very smart of you all the way around.
That was a major problem with Blogger's Spam bots deleting blogs that it deemed to be spam. It was really a bug and thousands of blogs were deleted. Far as I know everyone who reported it to Blogger got their blogs restored.
Ya know, I just was tipped off that someone was reselling my ebook without my permission or resale rights. I got pretty pissed-off, and probably overreacted, and called my attorney in the middle of the night (..he didn't answer).. I sent some very threatening emails to the 'thief', who claims to be a victim himself, "buying" the resale rights from someone else (also a thief).. Anyway, we worked it out; he purchased the resale rights "retroactively" and we kissed and made up.. I cant imagine what Joel must go through every day...
The first few times it happened I got pretty upset. But you get used to it. There will always be thieves. And if they need my ebook so desperately that they will disregard the law and become criminals, they probably need it more than I need the money. So I don't sweat it much. If I see it happening, usually because someone brings it to my attention, I do something about it. But there will always be that element amongst us. So life goes on. Joel
Joel, I know you are a real nice gem. I bought your book few days back. But before I could implement it I realised that I do not have much traffic to earn good money. Can you pls. describe a few methods to develop good traffic quickly? My current pv is 50/day.
