A bit Frustrated with Azoogle!

I just want to say first that Azoogle is a great company and they have awesome offers but I have been a bit frustrated with them lately.

I have been using Azoogle for several months now and I have been able to convert with some of their offers so yes I am able to generate revenue with them just like I do with other affiliate networks, now this is what I did not like about their service.

First after generating a $xxx amount of money thought that I would receive a payment, well months and months and nothing, I emailed them with no reply, I emailed my account manager and nothing, well I had to read several DP posts to finally find out that you need to mail a w9 before you get paid "(they already had my ssn).

Second I emailed them like 3 or 4 times and finally my account manager gave me the proper address.

Third: on ther site it does not say anything about a w9, it does not say when you get paid or what is the minimum amount to get paid.

4th: It has been about 3 weeks now, I do not even know if they received my w9 or not but I still have not received a check!

    5. Finally I decided to call, my first call was directly to my account manager, it went to a voice mail 4 times though out the day, I called today again and the phone rings and rings and I do not even get the option to enter an extension. I have called their canada and NY office and nothing.

Finally their interface is not very user friendly, I have not been able to find the option to setup a direct deposit so I get money in my bank account.

Sometimes their aff links redirect to non relevant offers etc, sometimes I find a good offer and it says "traffic type must be assinged by your account manager".

You send emails to your account manager with no responce....

I really hope that Alex the BIG boss from Azoogle reads this, I think that publishers deserve great customer service, we make money but you do too and if the publishers are not happy well... no money for the company, the thing is that there are dozens of affiliate networks so we can move on to other networks in a second.

Like I mentioned before I can convert great with almost any products and I make great money with cj and ppc networks so i would love to start promoting Azoogle products but I can not feel safe spending my own money if I do not even get paid.

Yea I know, I mean they are a serious company and I know that they do pay but it would be nice if new publishers would get more information from the account managers.

Like I mentioned if I am new publisher I want to know what is the minimum amount to get paid, give me several clear ways to get paid and tell me what paperwork I need.

For example Adsense told me right away that I needed to submit a w9 right after I reached my first $100 dollars!

I wouldn't expect a responce from anyone anyway, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't mean to come down on you, but your attitude should reflect your drive, if you will. Negativity is a cancer. Why not post what you like about AzoogleAds, thus far? I'll tell you what I noticed today that I thought was cool. Look at the word "AzoogleAds". The last 5 letters of the company name spells out for us all what it's all about. Good luck!

While I can sympathize with your situation, I have to say from experience that Azoogle has the best customer support not only in width but in depth. Instead of being a single/multiple transaction business relationship as with many other affiliate companies, again from my experience, Azoogle is more a business partner.

Have you contacted your AM directly through their extension or AIM?

Their response is fast and almost anytime. I can contact my AM at 1am in the morning and get an immediate response, seriously.

Well if I am a publisher working with somebody I want to be able to communicate and get my questions answered in a proper time you said "I wouldn't expect a responce from anyone anyway" I do not really agree with this quote, I am not only a webmaster I am a business person and if I am doing business with somebody I need good comunication, for example Google is a BIG company and still I send 1 or 2 emails a month and I get a responce within 12 hours.

Also believe it or not I am a NICE :) guy and when I email them I am very polite.

Finally why do you think that we have account managers? .........

I will let you answer that question.

Remember the Internet for me is about making money, I make money FOR and FROM other big affiliates and most of them have great communication with me.

Good Communication + Great Offers + My Skills = $$$ for BOTH ME and the AFFILIATE Companies.

I apologize. I was sarcastically commenting on your mis-spelling (i.e. I don't know what a responce is, so i wouldn't expect one. Now, I would absolutely expect a response. Forgive me. It's a pet peev. I believe if you're a business person, spelling errors can be a real drag on your business and shouldn't be overlooked.) Don't expect any more sarcasm from me, however. I don't like using it, because it's unfriendly most of the time. But honestly, I have a problem with it and wish I used it less. That's the truth.

LOL! nice job on commenting on my mizpeling errors.

I did not notice your sarcaisms!

Well do not worry, even people like me who suck at writing make money online "lots and lots of money".

That is why I hire: writers, programmers, designers, etc, etc.

So they can do the things that I can not do.

And that is how the money is made baby! :)

Why not just contact your AM via instant messenger? Thats the thing I love about Azoogle the most, everyone gets their own AM who is available via IM any time you need them. Who is your AM?
