Okay? Though I don't think Yahoo would ever sell themselves off... the amount of money must be unimaginable if that were to happen.

gawd $50B is like more than a truckload of $$$. MS is really that desperate to defeat google in the search engine/internet battle.

I think it is not a right decision. I want to give a suggestion that yahoo never take this step.

msn and yahoo together, will beat google in search, and will probably defeat adsense also! i don't think anything wrong in the plan,
though selling out yahoo is not a good idea, perhaps they should join a partnership together!:)

if msn ans yahoo comes together , means they will beat yahoo adsense , adwords and search , and i thinks that if this will happen , then there is no one in this corporate world whi can beat them

I think it would be bad.
Competition is good, the more the better.
If MS would buy yahoo, there would only be 2 big search engines left.

Yahoo's a publicly traded company. If there's enough stock available, and MS price is right, there's not a lot Yahoo can do about it.

Yahoo would be stupid to take the offer. They have something most valuable. They just need to persevere with it and make it better than Google and MS. It's not impossible.
