Why is pork consumption still forbidden in islam?

Nobody should be eating Bears anyway.

 

I heard recently that Jews and Muslims both might be angered by new legislation which will make it illegal to kill animals before stunning them first, which could make traditional Jewish and Muslim methods of slaughter illegal.

Anyone heard anything about that?

 

Nope. That would be too humane though...I don't see it happening.

I wonder if Bear meat would be good if Ditka made Bear Sauce.

I have not, but what do you mean by stunning? If you mean paralyzing beforehand I haven't heard about that, but in Islam it is required to have a sharpened and ordeal blade ready, and that the slaughterer must strike swiftly to diminish as much pain as possible and ease the pain of the animal, because we are all God's creations.

That's why when you break a toy when your pissed you can take all the time you want, or when you play Counter Strike, knife the enemy before he plants the bomb

Sharks are good too but mostly a few types, since other pee thru there skin and makes ammonia in the meat

 

Loads of muslims eat pork and beef these days.
Goes back to a few things
Beef is fine
Pork is not.
Historically beef gets mature when it goes off and tends not to hurt people
Beef smells bad when rotten
Pork always smells bad ( not bacon as it is cured)
It also tends to contain more worms as pigs eat from slurry whereas cows are quite fussy eaters.
They eat beef it is halal which is not only a prayer but a priest is meant to ensure a swift animal death
Pity KFC don't do that....
