Surely this site goes against the TOS

It has no content.... its a "parked domain" in a sense. If you look at the links on the ads there like this:

http://diggme.com/go.php?q=&p=&r=&u...ghlands10_3ph_xml&i=ca-dp-highlands10_3ph_xml


They use a redirector to track and then send you through to a goodesyndication.com URL.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I go to this site and it looks like a sponsored ads listing.... with "masked" google click through URLs.

 

Moving the mouse over any link won't kill you guys..you know..

and click properties
tell me if you see something special..

Anyone can make it look legit with some made up company name and web site.
