    I plan on buying a brand new domain name for blog hosting... should i immediately use this service or should i perhaps wait for a bit while google works through the site first?

    I don't see any reason as to why you should wait. Links generated by using this service will help google better work through your site & rank it better for your target keywords :D

    I plan on moving one of my gaming forums to the website (located in my signature) and then submitting that website (again, the one in my sig).

    I have done some SEO mods to my phpBB forum. One being dynamic html meta tags for keywords. Based on your experience, was that a smart idea should I just work on focusing my keywords to the ones I want.

    Everyone appears to enjoy your service, so once I move that forum I will most likely be using your service.

    The meta tags may help to an extent, but content relevant static urls will help even more, with regards to onsite optimization. Also, blocking spiders from crawling urls like member profiles & the registration form will help improve pagerank distribution across your forum. A sitemap is also recommended.
