"Oh those natives don't know what's bets for them, let's take their land and place them on reservation whilst we reap the benefits." You are as bad as the British Empire in its heyday before we fought back and declared our independence. The entire purpose of our democracy and our great experiment was to prove a government can function without oppression or monarchies. What you are saying is inherently un-American and comes from an ideology that was supposedly dead in America. Perhaps you would be better off in a country that still practiced colonial imperialism? Frankly if we ever start this bogus malignant behavior we become the 'Evil Empire' by default - whereas just a few years ago under Ronald Regan we proved that we were not the Evil Empire, and than the U.S.S.R. which did practice colonialism through its own means was. Yeah, you might be better off back in a socialist regime under the control of an imperialist dictator who has no regard for the democratic process. The United States is what it became, and changing that would be losing our soul faster than losing it to the politicians who are already eroding our freedoms and monitoring us, taxing us, and making sure we are good little cattle whist systematically taking away moral values one by one.
It's a duty upon every able Muslim to give away 2.5% of your wealth away to the poor once a year (The Zakat). That eradicates poverty if it is carried out justly. Anyway, the Arab does not represent Islam, the Quran and sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) do.

Jesus was kind enough to let us know that there would always be poor. I don't know why a religion that claims to believe Jesus to be a prophet ignores those words. The fact is, people are lazy. You can't control breeding to get rid of the lazy gene. As such, if you give people handouts more people will opt for the handouts rather than work. I'm lazy. But that laziness translates into very efficient code (because it takes more work to write crap code) and the most pay for the least amount of hours. As such I work a 40 hour week and make a good living. I've previously worked my butt off for $7 an hour. Seemed silly to me so I kept learning to move up. There was recently a story in the University paper that interviewed a 22 year old homeless person. He was married and neither of them had any intention of "settling down" (getting a job) until they have a baby. The fact is, a lot of people choose to be homeless. By giving away money for nothing you encourage it. You have to make people want to better themselves.

What a dumb question is that ? Is there Muslim, Christian, and Jewish hospitals ? If you mean hospitals that have majority of Muslim doctors, of course there are lots of such hospitals where Muslims are majority. Of course there are also lots of Muslim doctors around the world in case you haven't noticed

I don't see too many Muslim hospitals in the U.S. the U.K. or Europe. 1 Billion Muslims and no Muslim hospitals ? and you have the Holy perfect Koran ? Once again you want "Muslim" hospitals whatever that may be There are lots of Muslim doctors in the US, the UK and Europe but of course their percentage reflects the Muslim percentage in these places. BTW, Muslims are much more than 1 Billion.

There's no such thing as Muslim, Christian, or Jewish hospitals or clinics, so please give me a break ! .... and if you mean by "Muslim hospitals" hospitals where Muslim doctors are majority, such hospitals exist where Muslims are majority. .... and if you mean by a "Muslim clinic" a clinic run by a Muslim doctor or a small group of Muslim doctors, of course there are lots of such clinics worldwide even in places where Muslims are not a majority.
There are Christian hospitals. The Catholic chuch has hospitals. Various Lutheran demoninations have hospitals. I don't know about Jews.
