PayPal alternatives?

    No but if you are out of the US, you'll be able to scam people with Paypal, G checkout, etc...in no time without any kind of problem...Think about big bucks here...

    Moneybookers is the best alternative to paypal. I have had no problem with moneybookers yet.....

    Yes, you might get banned, but not always. I know a person who lives in Estonia but has Finnish PayPal account. He has bank account in Finland and if I am not mistaking then he is using postal address of some friend in Finland. He has never really had any problems with PayPal, but that could also be because Finland and Estonia are so close (it takes less time to get to Tallinn from Helsinki than from my home to Tallinn and the cheapest tickets are also around $10) and so many Finns have used their PayPal accounts in Estonia that PayPal just doesn't care about it anymore, so if you are using USA account from somewhere far away then you probably will have problems.

    money bookers is the best, it is available to many countries and in most countries it also has the bank transfer!

    most of all it dose not require credit card for verification, you can get your address verified and get your limits increased! cheers:)
