Problem with PayPal Payment Processing

    Hi
I'm having a problem with payment processing specially with paypal, I'm not sure how to solve this, so I write here, hoping for advices.

I currently registered as a publisher of a small ads network that unfortunately (I think) not so proffesional in handling payment of its member.
I have checked a 'payment by check' from payment method since first time registered, since the other choice is PayPal and I believe I can't receive a PayPal payment.

But later after I generate around $60, they sent me a message in my mailbox, state that they had problems to send me a check, and offered me 2 alternatives which are: 1) To send my via PayPal (which I have BUT it has limitation, cannot receive fund transfer) 2) To register as an advertiser and SPEND my money on it (which I really mind to do it).

Guys, I do not mind to spend my earning on hosting, domain, stuff I like etc.. but I really DON'T want to spend money to advertise there...

That's the problem, I wish you guys give me some advises or solution (that's much better) ..

I don't have itrade (?) reputations or something because mostly I'm here for AdSense & SEO topics, but I really appreciated if one can receive the money via one's paypal account (with fees ofcourse), and buy me something like domain or hosting or deposit that money in somewhere which I can use later (better)..

Last thing, I'm REALLY newbie with paypal things, I really have no idea whether doing like what I wrote above can be done or not. And I haven't reply the email from the ads network above, so I'm unsure when will they pay -- but I'm sure it will be soon.

    Thanks a lot

Actually, if you are from Indonesia then under Paypal's terms and conditions, you cannot receive funds with your paypal account so any option with Paypal will really be out of the question.

One option may be to have them send you an Ikobo card http://www.ikobo.com which is an ATM Card which you can use at your local ATM to withdraw the funds.

I know there are some fees incurred but based on the current exchange rates, you can have them send you US$53.40 (the remainder $6.59 as charges) and you get about 484530.29 Rupiah from that.

Don't use Paypal because you cannot receive the funds.

    Thanks eddy2099
Like I wrote I haven't replied the email from the ads network, suppose they reject my alternative to send payment via ikobo.com, how 'bout to send via paypal thru someone's paypal account? Is it a good solution and can be done?

    Thanks

Well, I would think that that is against Paypal TOS besides you still face the problem of not being able to receive the funds and you suffer from additional service charges.

I really do not have a solution for you. I guess spending it on advertising may not be too bad. However, the other option if possible is ask them to hold your money for now and wait for Paypal to allow Indonesians to receive payments and do the transfer during that time. I have no idea when and if that would happened.

I hope someone else would have a better solution for you.

Thanks again eddy2099, it really helps me
The other problem is I will quit soon as a member of that advertiser network, because it doesn't convert well! So the option of waiting paypal policies will be too long. I'm affraid once I dectivate ads in my site, they'll cease my account. :(
