Got a response back from the BBB. They state:

"We have received your recent online complaint submission against the above
mentioned business. Unfortunately, this complaint falls outside of our scope
of activities. The Better Business Bureau does not handle business to
business payment/collections issues. We handle complaints between consumers
and companies only. In this case, since the party you're complaining about is
your customer, you would either need to hire an attorney or a collection
agency to recover the amount you are seeking. Thank You."

Yeah, the BBB has never really proven to be very helpful if you ask me.

Perhaps we should start a thread www.ripoffreport.com ???
Sometimes it works / sometimes it doesn't.

To be honest though, if Paypal doesn't make things right, and we all remove the his links, his traffic should drop and they should feel it in sales.......

BTW, still haven't head back from my emails to our friends, vincent, benny or the general sales.. Also never received bounce backs....

I have my spammerdirectory.com for that reason.

Keep posting if you find another website such as this one.

I'm creating a list and so far I only have ONE. So if you know more let me know.

Sad to see such things happening.
But I guess Paypal looks both ways and feels that protecting buyers is more important than sellers since sellers usually have not much choice.

Just heard from Paypal, they gave this guy his money back.

    The reason:
"We have completed our investigation. After reviewing the details of this case, we have determined that it is unlikely that we will be able to successfully dispute this chargeback. To cover this chargeback, we have debited your account a Chargeback Settlement of $X USD. Although we were charged a fee for processing this chargeback, we have waived that fee for you."

Thanks Paypal, for rolling over and not even trying. :)

I got the same thing today, but they didn't waive the fee - $10 x 3 submissions = $30 lost... Not a lot of money, but still, it feels like an insult - had to pay for the privilege of adding someone's link to my directories.

Right, kind of like a tenant who hasn´t paid for a month and then moves out without ever paying. It´s good that people have become aware of him. If he ever submits to me, I will surely not list or refund him ... he will take care of the second part himself anyways. ;)

I got same email from paypal :(

"It is PayPal's standard practice to attempt to dispute wrongful chargebacks. After careful consideration of the information provided by you and the buyer regarding the transaction detailed below, we have determined that we will be unable to successfully dispute this chargeback with the buyer's credit card issuer.

Since the credit card issuer granted the chargeback to the buyer, we have
debited $xx.xx USD from your PayPal account in order to reimburse the buyer. This is in accordance with the terms of the PayPal User Agreement."

Oh, I agree with you, don't get me wrong. I think there is a very good chance that this company does that. It's just that making a statement like this without proof can lead to lawsuits.

It's just a suggestion, I can understand why you would keep it. Please don't take it the wrong way, I am just trying to watch your back ;)
