Another mint MFA site from my network for sale! $950 from AdSense last month!

I'm selling one of my major MFA sites from my network which made $1160 from AdSense last month. I sold 3 other on DP, you can check my iTrader to see the buyers were pleased with the sales. With average 1.100 page views daily, it made $950 last month.

$1160 revenue was made with a spent of $200 on ads. So the net profit is $960.

MFA is always risky at a point (or at least so for many people), but if you know what you're doing, I don't see a risk in it. I haven't been banned for a long time although I have a huge MFA network, nor my customers. There isn't really a detail that buyer would need to know. Just that they will need my help sometimes after buying the site, about advertisement. But the cost covers everything so I will guide you for sure.

Monthly advertisement work takes 2-3 hours a month, and then you can forget about the site for a whole month. The script does everything, all you need to do is to spend 2-3 hours a month to advertise.

@Vatsia, Not really. 25 mb hosting and 5-6 GB bandwidth per month is enough.

I took $950 as the revenue accidently, but it was the net profit which means total revenue minus the money spent on advertising. Later I realised I did wrong there, so I raised the price.
