    I wouldn't consider PR3 "HIGH PR"...heh

I'd say...maybe $50 or around there, not worth much to me anyway...

Do you have high PR websites or PR3 websites?

They're not even remotely close to the same.

I recently sold a pr 3 website (earning $2/mo, decent domain, 40 uniques/day) for $120 if that helps.

I just gave yesterday 22 names for $100
    3 x PR4
    6 x PR3
    5 x PR2
    2 x PR1
    6 x PR0 but with some backlinks
All PR were valid of course (i don't give anything non validate multiple times because we have a reputation to maintain)

However this was a liquidation offer so in other words PR names can be found sometimes very low if there are people (like me) trying to limit their 1200 domains portfolio :)

However, the OP is talking about a site, not just a domain.

    Well, it depends.
I have a PR3 that brings me $1200/month and another one that brings me $0/year.
    Which PR3 is more expensive?

It depends on the number of your site's visitors. Not about only PR.
