My site page rank drop from 6 to 0

    Hello
My 6 page rank for my site has drop to 0. I think is very dramatically but what can I do ?, nothing. But what I realize is that the number of visitors is the almost the same, so that prove a little that PR doesn't have so much importance in SERP.
But I wonder why is so big the difference from 6 to 0.

Well , I didn't done anything wrong mean wile. I only update the site. I still have some link pointing to my site with high page rank. What is strange is that is a big fall down. I think I have to work until next update. One thing is clear, "you never have to stop working" if you want some good results.

I guess you need to be more patient, as some peoples around here is saying that it's a partial update.

    Wish you good luck

I agree that some of them doesn't have any more pr6 and now they have 5, but dropping from 6 to 0 is a dramatical falling down. Also if I search link:site the result is Results 1 - 10 of about 564.

No, the domain is my from the beginning. Also the site is hosted on a dedicated server.
Perhaps the update is not finish yet. Because in the google/webmaster I see that
Your page with the highest PageRank
Apr Data is not available at this time.

Do you use the Google toolbar? If the toolbar PageRank is grey (and not white), chances are that your site has been de-listed.

Biggest question is if your site has been deindexed?

How often the PR gets updated? I saw "Three Month" on Webmaster-talk.com forum, but just wondering if that is true statement.

my newly launch beta site is getting PR2 in less than a month. I was not sure if that is just for every starter? Most of my site stay at PR1.

So how is the PR updated? I even see different PR on FireFox and IE.

Page rank doesn't depend on the number of visitors.Pagerank is about unreturned links. That is the reason of the big difference.
