FireFox is good, but don't know why it eats a ~120MB ram with 4-5 HTML websites with minimum Graphics (no flash).

Not sure I'm too happy about that fact either.
My FF is taking 375Mb of my ram with 11 tabs open at this right moment.

That means another IE version to be added to the cross-browser testing list when developing new websites, uh.

Me too. I am also an opera fan from Opera 8 :) . Really fast.
I have atleast 15 tabs open in Opera from the time my system boots. I have never seen Opera take more than 190 MB of RAM. At present, it is using 128 MB with 17 tabs open.
    OMG, Not again :(

That's still a long way of, dude.
IE 7 has still not taken off and I think it would be premature to talk about IE 8.

IE7 is boring. Even i'm an avid user of FF, sometimes I still use IE6. Never upgrade to IE7.

I think the failure of IE7 is going to hurt any future development of browsers from MS.

Firefox is my main browser but like others I've noticed the significant resources consumed by even a few tabs. Nonetheless, I love the functionality of add-ons.

All I can say is that IE7 makes me cry. Nothing beats the good old IE 6.
