anyone who can suggest me an SMTP server that can work with phpBB. i guess all those servers which require authentication wouldnt work. someone told me gmail should work. but i cant register an account with gmail. tried all night, but failed. i guess there's some problem with their server!!
I'm guessing the problem is not phpBB, but your web server. Have you had any other web apps be able to access SMTP correctly? That is to say, what makes you believe it is phpBB and not your server?
