there is a solution! have some plants, some green plants in your room. i would advice palm plants in your room, you can keep them for 2 weeks in the room and they keep them in the sun for a few hours, then again then will stay for 2 weeks in your room. use lcd screen, and keep a clean green walpaper in your desktop background, that will help. remember the walpaper should not be reflicting light, should be greeen with a lot of leaves in it. i used to have spectacles before, but then now i don't have! my eyes are cured. am using the internet for 18+ hours a day!
just reading this has made me get out of my chair and stare elsewhere for a change. you wouldn't believe how the sunset looks lovely outside the building.
You are developing myopia. 1 - Get an LCD monitor. 2 - Take 10 minute break every 60 minute you spend working at the computer. 3 - Drink lots of water to prevent eye dehydration. 4 - Read from high contrast screens(black text, white/grey background). 5 - Reduce monitor brightness. 6 - If needed, zoom text on your browser(any modern browser can do that). 7 - Stay an arm-length distance away from your monitor. 8 - Sleep. If you still have problems, you're probably using your computer in a room with low humidity. If that's the case, use eye drops to keep your eyes wet. There are special formulas for that. Check with your doctor.
Do everything Kapitalist says. I finally had to get glasses late last year. It seems like the computer is the only thing I can see clearly without goggles. I can't even read street signs without them anymore. Take care of your eyes! This eye exercise book get's pretty good reviews, I'm going to give it a shot.
I am just worried that will this get worse? I have limited my computer use and also when using my monitor is the lowest on the brightness..
Still getting eye strains? Is that what it is? Bothersome but your vision is uneffected? Apparently eye strains don't seem to have long term negative effects from what I've read.
Oh man , water comes out you have to see your doctor immediately, there may be a serious problem... And also Don't Forget to use Brightness 0 !! Lowest Brightness Highest Contrast. Brightness tires eyes so lower to brightness to 0
Like whenever i look at the screeen my eyes start to get burned and then i gotta rub them... you know what i mean..
try splashing cold water on your eyes, and wash ur eyes every 30 mins with normal water. it might help a bit. and cut down on total work hrs on the pc
