    I would say reg fee because the keywords aren't stronge.. and anyone can register ___upload and market the site the same way..

    Sure it is, now you've gotta start finding those buyers.

    I say reg fee as well, you can register many names with ___upload, why not excellentupload.com, that's available as well.

    Well, eventually all those types of names will be taken I am sure. If I hold onto it in 5 or so years it may be worth a couple hundred. especially if I get it to a PR5 as I can quite easily.

    If it aws superupload.com it would be worth more but IMO superbupload is worth reg fee.
