    Yes you can get links in your signature, once you've made enough posts here.

    No, it's against google terms of service to buy traffic (other then stuff like adwords) through traffic exchange and so forth: you risk losing your adsense account.

    Yes you can put your blog link in you signature after you have made 50 posts.

    I'm not so sure about the traffic question, however I remember it's against google adsense TOS.

    once adsense bans you, you will know why?
    but then, there are other methods of gaining traffic, like adding quality posts to your blog!:)
