non-www URL doesn't work

    Hey,
    I have bought a new vps and I transfered everything and everything is working fine except that any non www URL will not work

    www.arabchurch.com works
    arabchurch.com doesn't work

    what should I do from server side in order to make both URLs work?

    You need to redirect the non-www version to www.

    I can't, I have no control over a non-www URL, it's like not apart of the server.
    It shows page can't be found if anyone visit the non-www URL

    does have anything to do with DNS Configuration?

    You have .htaccess file right?
    Place the following code into the file and let me know if it works.

    I already have that and no it is not working
    it is like the server not hosting the non-www

    I am having a felling it is a DNS Configuration, but don't know what to do, any idea?
