I bet there are some that pay pretty well - but there may also be some that are scams. I don't know of any to recommend. Don't know any managers in that space, sorry.

Paypal doesn't accept adult content just like with gambling, it would be a risk of getting your account frozen.

Almost all Adult Sponsors accept ePassporte however.

These 2 affiliate programs bring me 90% from all revenue.
