I think my eye has gone weak from sitting on the comp long hours...

Well is there some way of recovering them?

The reason i ask this is that i hate glasses/lenses.

    Anyone knows?

Take breaks between long sessions of staring at the computer. I usually get up and do something else or look out the window every hour or so.

That's to prevent your eyes from worsening, but if you're asking how to get your eyes the way they were before, well, you could try laser eye surgery. :p

Well at the moment i cant afford that.

My eyes are not that bad but they have been weaken, sometime water comes out and stuff...

    I havent visited the doctor.

Just need some suggestions on what to do, if they can be cured naturally.

You can rest your eyes for now. You can also get eye glasses.

Does it feel dry and irritating? Sounds like what I had when I was on the computer for a long time. Eye drops work!

Once in a while, I try to focus on something that's far away, like tall trees.

I concur, with added emphasis on the AND

beta carotene is the eye vitamin right :)? carrots. Not sure if it would do you any good, it might maintain but not restore.

I'm having the same problem. I used to have very good eyesight, and now I'm in my mid-20s with blurred vision at about 40-50 feet. I hate it.

15hrs a day in front of a computer will screw you up.

Sadly, I know how you feel. I've began taking small breaks throughout the day to go outside and just relax. Since I work from home on the computer, and then spend my leisure time on the computer or watching TV...I have to give my eyes something to look at other than a comp screen 2 feet away.

A geek to do my work for me? I don't feel like paying anyone else to do my work. It just doesn't feel right.
