Yes it is. The reciprocal part it cleverly put there to obviously encourage reciprocal linking but if you don't put a reciprocal it is still accepted I believe.

Nothing clever - My sites are free

Even if you give a link back, I delete if your site is less than PR1

If your site is good, I don't care or I don't even look for Reciprocal link.

If your site is not good, don't bother submitting.

If you think your site may not be approved don't submit.

Some of my directories are older then 18 months and they are free all along.

These are not pr4 domains that I just installed a directory.
They are hard worked directories www.ayhu.com has about 7229 links all are PR1 plus.
get 1300 unique visitors a Day for ayhu.com.

Accommodation Directory added to Hotels in One Big Travel. Maybe a general Accommodation category with subs of b&b, hotel, self catering etc. - just a thought...

I don't take deep links
I don't take sub domains. (One guy used add every page of his site which he made it look like a sub domain)
So, I have decided not to allow.

If you have a reservation site and if that takes to a 3rd party site, I don't accpet.

Just some examples. -- You may submit your main urls, only for good sites.

 

Paypal don't like them on the site.
No gambling directories are sites please.
No porn, no dating, no swinging.

Please add family or preferably kid safe web sites that are good.

suggestion: might want to relook at formating of featured links on homepages, does not look too good in my opinion. Spelling mistakes on submission page = 'submit your link fee'

dotrig, ayhu, desilink seems to require reciprocal links for submission. So its not free.

I forgot to mention that my first 5 directories are on diffent IPS.

So, you get links from a total of 6 different IPs.
