AdWords and bought an item?

    I heard that it is possible to see if the person that clicked the advertisement bought anything from our website. Where can I find information on this? I just need to see the success rate of clicks/sales.

    You won't see this with AdWords set up in default state. You need to set up your conversion tracker in AdWords so that it links up with your payment/thankyou/confirmation/whatever page.
