can one cash the check if he banned
if one banned and there are checks with him and not give it to the.,is it will be cashed by the bank or ....?

 

HURRY!! Should be in their tos about funds they feel you should refund to them?? maybe they put a stop payment on it if they do not want you to have the money

 

They might have stop payment on checks. I would see if bank can cash it because you might still get paid if your where not banned when you earned the money.

You will be paid for past earnings and they will only cut you the check once they know that those earnings are clean. If there is a suspicious element in that, they will withhold that amount. So you should be cleared to cash in that check.

yes, that should be the case. If they did not think you should get the check, they will not issue it to you.

 

In theory you should get all the money that isn't in dispute. In practice they sometimes stop checks and you look silly when they don't clear!

don't ask us...get to the bank and cash it as fast as you can j/k...good question, though if they've already written the check...that means they thought the earnings were legit...so i don't see why they'd stop an already written check

it's their check...they can stop it if they want...so cash it quickly if you haven't yet...that's the best way to get an answer to your question

 

I had a webmaster on my one forum who got banned. He received a few weeks after he got banned a check for the month before he got banned, but he did not receive the funds for the month in which he got banned.

He had the same question and eventually cashed his check, and never heard from Google after that.

Yes, that's right. He received the check three weeks after he got banned. He was also scared to cash it and waited another two weeks.

He then cashed it and got the money, no problem with Google, and this was more than a year ago.

i'm pretty sure he just meant he didn't get a check the next month...

why haven't you gone to the bank yet???...lol...that's the easiest way to find out...

 

Google can easily cancel that check, and the bank might give you the money and check for it a week later or something and then you could see that money fly out of your account (or wherever) faster than it went in. >_>
