Does the payment still needs to be US$25 and above ? Are the charges the same as the standard Xoom Payments, ie US$8 and US$15 ?

Well eddy if they charged this amount than PayPal is better. PayPal allowed us to $0.01 payment from thier service.

I guess $150 is a min amount needed to order cheque from paypal, whereas we can use XOOM to withdraw any amount > $25.

Well, you might not want to withdraw after getting $25 since the $8 service charge would represent 32% service charge (not counting how much loss when converted to INR).

I mean if you complained about the 2.9% + $0.30 charges from Paypal, the 32% would be outrageous. So in the end, you might want to wait till you accumulate a substantial amount before withdrawal.
