Since I have stopped spending huge amounts of money using pay per click, I just had to share my success. Here is an example of what article marketing can do if it is done correctly After hearing all the complaints and troubles with ppc advertising, I thought I would share one of my successes in article marketing and just how affective it can be, if done correctly! On autopilot, I earned $8,446.43 on just one article, and its not the only one I am making money on. This article was written in June 2006 and got ranked in the #1 position on page 1 at google, in July 2006. The search return for the keyword has ranged from 20 to 30 million. It is still in the first position as of today April 27th 2007 and has since received over 63,000 views, bringing in over $8,000.00 in sales. The cost for a ppc ad with a landing page with good content for the same keyword is always over .50 cents a click, I would have so far spent $32,500. I spent nothing The best part about this is my article has been listed there organically just after the sponsored adds at the top of the page 24/7. I also think the conversion is much higher when a user clicks on the organic ranking because it warms them up more then from clicking on a sponsored link. I have had NO success on articles. You must be the luckiest guy to have such amazing results! I do have a friend who says he makes over $20k a month gross from PPC so I still think PPC is better 99% of the time. I would love to make some good articles, is my landing page in my sig a start? Zero sales from it
I use article marketing too, and it is definitely the best way to drive traffic to an affiliate site. The way to do this is easy. Write a few articles (the best is to do this constantly) and post them to article sites like ezine articles, etc. In those articles put some links to your affiliate mini site and you are done I used to pay a lot of money to adwords in order to promote my cb product, but now using a few articles I have top SERP results for my keywords so I don't need to pay anything to get targeted traffic to my site. Of course writing articles is a time consuming process, but the result is "residual" so I guess it worths your time
That's great results, Paul. I've had pretty good results with article marketing, but I haven't had any articles perform that well.
Thank you for all the congrats I basicly post my article to my wordpress blogs with my own unique formats. Then I submit and publish them to well over 100 sites. Please tell me where you find 100+ different sites to publish them to and won't this take a very long time? Do you copy and paste the same article to all those sites? Im sure I could get a convert here and there from this

nice job paul! I'm impressed and inspired! I've used article marketing with success -- that is success in getting traffic. the next stage in my plan is to monetize that traffic. I just need to stop being lazy and get to work!
I don't mean to spoil anyone's party, but did you notice that the article submitter program is sold by Paul?, it re-directs to an affiliate site. (It sells for $67, and I saw the same software on ebay for $4.99) And the video course is also sold by him. If he told us that up front, I might believe him. spam, spam, spam, de spam..
I had started this thread, so I could share and get feedback from others to see just what kind of success people have been having with respect to article marketing. I see over and over many people getting killed with ppc advertising. Some do have very good success with ppc advertising and, many do not. That is why I praise article marketing and wanted to share my success and hear feedback from others on their success, as I stated in my original post. “Share your success stories as well I love to here them†In my original post I make no mention of my signature or my video series at all to keep this as far from being a spam thread as possible. If you noticed in my original post I refer to an article which I had written, Not making any mention to my signature or my video series. I then was asked to share how I had achieved my success. Without writing every detail I decided to freely give an example of the article I had written that gave me the figures that I had originally posted. Along with giving out the information I make a point at the end of my post “Compare the Article author name to the Author in the link in my signature†To show that I am the author of the article as well as my video series. I hide nothing here even point out to compare my name with the article and my video series so that people would not get the wrong idea! I don't see how giving out free info by revealing one of my articles so people, who asked, can see a sample of some successful tecniques is spamming. If they type in the keywords on google go to the article and follow the links that I placed in the article and go to the landing page, I am sure it can give some very good insites to some as to how my proccess works. After being asked about article submission and how I submit my articles I only replied back with how I do that. If you can find the software cheaper elsewhere that is super. I hope that there are more success stories on this subject as I DO love to hear them as I was never successful with ppc myself . Cheers and success to all, Paul
I don't use ppc and depend only on free traffic. Find article submission effective but never had the kind of success Paul had.
I'm sorry to say but in that case you're a total adwords noob Whatever my target market is, I never have to pay more than 0.10 per click. (on average I pay $0.04/click) You just have to find the *adwords secret* and that you'll only find by working with it
