That's not too bad.. it's well over a penny per click. They're just low paying ads.

 

It will totally depend on your site's content. My guess is that you have a highly specific niche, your ads will match more closely to your content and thus, you'll have a higher click-through ratio. For sites with content that is broader-based, matching ads closely is a tougher task; that's why 1% to 3% is more common, with 3% being considered overall as a good click-through rate.

I think adsense is a business of volume.
Last week I have CTR 100% for one site on one day and the average
CTR for last 7 days was 4.35%.
But my income for this day was only $0.20 because a low clicks number.

Then the importance is in the volume and which are your goals .CTR is
only one parameter that must to be combined with others.

 

a 2 digit ctr is a correct goal that can be achieved with clean publishing methods and generic traffic and if you keep your traffic clean then you will always be safe with your adsense revenue

Today i have got 235 page impression and 10 clicks.My today earning is 1.78$.I have earned 1.68$ from first 2 clicks but from remaining 8 clicks i have earned only .10$.I want to know why clicking amount is low for 8 clicks.I have earned all this amount from revenue sharing website(flixya.com).Is this amount good or bad?

Please give me your views.

Maybe it was the same user clicking again and again...that's why the later clicks didn't generate much revenue for you.

Overall 17.8 cents a click is ok sort..neither good nor bad.

 

Anything around 3% would be excellent for me

 

don't worry, you should be happy with the clicks you get. since most of the clicks I get on the worst days are .01

 

3% is a difficult number to achieve
because it means you need to integrate a whole bunch of mistakes and wrong doings into your adsense

we had extensive threads about adsense in recent 2 months that help you to get around 2 digits ctr

to do ALL things right is easy
to do a buch of things wrong is costly
if yoiu have money to waste or time to waste
i would know more pleasant thinhgs than being on a computer

It takes a week or so for the balance of a month to be pulled over into your payment history page. It's pretty slow. It usually shows money 'in transfer' to my bankaccount when I already have it to spend.

 

It's perfectly OK. My CTR is around 30 % (with thousands of page views per day) and someone I know has 70% CTR. We haven't got banned till date because clicks are genuine.
