WTF! Google's Adsense Payment Check (NO FUNDS IN ACCOUNT)

WTF!

I try to cash my check I get from Google AdSense today and my bank says they can't cash it because there's no funds in their account!!!

I asked for the check back so it wouldn't bounce! WTF!
Google doesn't even have a f*cking support number for me to call. WTF!!!

 

They make 33 Million a day how can they not have any cash?

Wow, i can't believe a company like Google can let this happen. I think this is the first case i have seen with this issue.

 

Get a reissue of the check from google they can do it as far as i know. And im sure they do have a phone number try contact us numbers.

 

I don't know maybe they are paying out 34 million!

 

how do they know there is no money...they don't know until the check is bounced

 

I think there is a mistake by ur tellar.... & google understands that chq bounce is an offence... they wont give the chq without money in their a/c .... they would rather delay payment... if they did not have money currently

 

Usually banks will give you the money and check to get it later... not do it upfront?

 

Perhaps they forgot to deposit cash in their account or something. You should email the support to see what they have to say about this issue. Do keep us updated.

 

Just email them explaining what happened and request another check sent.

 

You are saying your teller mentioned that 'Google's' account does not have money? What bank is the check issued from and what bank did you go to get it cashed? Unless you went to Citibank to cash it - there is no way a teller can know whether Google's account has money or not.

The teller seems to be an idiot or a trainee or something. He doesn't know the basic rules of banking.

 

Even if you go to citibank, Citibank employees can't disclose if there is any money in the google a/c. Its against the bank policies to disclose your bank balance to third party

No offense pal, but are you sure the agent wasn't referring to your account.. cause I think this scenario is quite unlikely...

Further more just check if any check bounced, if they cant return the check its taken for granted that it bounced, and if this is not the case your teller needs to go back to learning the abc's.

 

Doesn't Google get an overdraft facility from its bankers ?

 

Well It was just a JOKE i suppose...there is no way on earth the teller can possibly say that GOOGLE has no money in their account BEFORE sending the check to the clearing house.
