    I thought my eyes were seeing some illusion but no - it is PR update. Interesting. I thought a PR update just happened few months ago. No complains though - I am happy to take in the update :)

    Yes. Every time you pull data from Google (toolbar or serps) you are pulling from one of their Datacenters. It can change from query to query sometimes, but if you query by IP or Named DNS you will get the same DC with each pull.

    I have worked so hard and so long to try and get a PR for one of my forums. It just updated and not only did I get a PR I got a PR of 4!! I am so happy and I want to thank all of those here that help people out because without you guys, I would still be trying.

    Hooray! My PR has finally stopped jumping around :) Didn't get quite as much as I wanted, but I didn't lose any ground anywhere - which was fantastic! I even found a couple of my sites that I have done nothing with, have found a bit of PR somehow!

    I am very pleased with the new PR update. My Ebooks R Us site went from a PR 0 to a PR 2 in about 3 weeks since placing the site online and performing on page SEO and link building. After submitting it the SEs that is.

    I must have just hit the timing just right to get in on this update. Now my aim is PR 3 for the next update.

    Thanks to this forum for all the good information that allowed me to hit my site running and provided the needed knowledge and guidance to get the task started.

    Yep. It looks like this update is almost complete. Within the past few days, one of my sites went from 5 to 0 and now it's back to 5.

    nothing wrong with talking in a forum..thats what they are for..i have picked up some pr,and have some dropped..thats the way it goes..i will start promting my sites more heavier now though
