I am wondering it is ok to put google rss news on my website pages where I display adsense ads. Would there be any problem with it? I have seen a number of sites doing so and I appreciate you discuss here about Adsense and google rss news.

    thank you

Yes it's fine. I've done this for my clients before :)

It's also a good idea: automated updates on your site!

THat should be OK. There is nothing there that would violate Googl's terms of policy on adsense.

    Actually no you can't.

You are not allowed to use the news.google.com RSS feeds on any page that is making money.

Never relied on client to tell you whats right and wrong. Do the research yourself.

So adsense pages could not display Google RSS news even though they come from Google?
Also adsense pages are commercial ones or do you think it is possible to include the pages as non-commercial as we are not selling anything apart from displaying the adsense ads?

I think an e-mail to Google regarding the issue would be most appropriate.

Yeah, I'm actually curious about the reply.. because why not make an exception for adsense as they are owned by Google? (they will be earning money off advertising too) just my two cents..

    Google doesn't do news?

The news are from sources other than Google, so you would have to contact such sources for permission.

    Peace,

    Yes that's correct.

Googles allowed to use it, because they have permission.

That is why they cannot let a 3rd party site (yours or mine) legally use it on a commercial website.

Yes, but make sure you have another 'static' content. This is to avoid duplicate content and 'no content' penalize.

If you put adsense on information website, will it be commercial site? I think commercial sites mean only if you are selling something.

Depends, are you going to have google ads on that information site? If so - then yeah it would be commercial.

Commercial means a website making a profit be it by advertisements or selling products, etc, etc.

    Hi Fanaddict
Are you sure that if we put adsense on the pages, it will be commercial pages? Which site says that? I could not find the info in the web.
