The goat was already dead... they didn't just chop off its head infront of everyone while it was still alive. Still pretty nasty though. Btw, that's an article from a tabloid paper. Search Google if you want to read something credible.
Yes I think so. Being cruel also has something to do with respect... even for the dead. I mean chopping a dead goat's head for entertainment could be cruelty in the eyes of others. --Joe
