Are you generally pleased with where your directories going? Espcially after the PR update? And where you can see it going in the future? I personally like it when a big company submits to www.linksjuice.com! Or if people e-mail for 50-100+ submissions. I just think it's a good achievement for me in such a short time.. Thanks
Terry thats great and you deserve it for all your hard work But don't relax keep pushing on because the future is where the revenue streams come from PR is not a major factor in the overall big picture, many many other factors come into the mix
I am very happy with the way my Leading Directory is progressing. We have been awarded PR5 this time. With its new skin already installed, I expect better days ahead.
Yes ...I make a few bucks.... and my 2 pitbulls are on top for thier given keywords... Pr is nice to have but irrelevent in the terms of searchs as my sites are easily on top of the search results beating PR6s my adult directories are doing ok... and basically i will be also getting into other potential money making sectors soon enough thx malcolm

Being a New Boy --I am still learning. Learnt some --but still have lots to learn. Specially I want to decipher Terry's secret --HOW HE GETS SO MANY SUBMISSIONS? Opposite to Malcolm -- I am planning to sell my BLOGs --to concentrate fully on the directroy business and have quite few ideas to try on. But I am going for SLOW--ad Steady--have some long-term gols.
Well let me clarify.... I will continue to feed my directories links But also want to explore other fields to see if they are profitable... though my directories are still my kids so they wont be to far out of daddys sight thx malcolm
That's really nice to hear terry. Congratulations! As for me, I'm really not satisfied with my directory is going. I am planning to make a custom template for it before I really launch it but I'm really having a hard time finding some spare time. But if there's any consolation, from PR0, it got PR2 this recent update (not very good I know) --Joe
I am happy with my directory especially with its PR, and I plan to do a lot more to further imrove it. The main thing I need to do is to work on its promotion, since I am receiving very few submissions, even though I have one of the lowest prices around.
"i think directories are more work then they are worth...." - In the short-term for sure! But long-term you can make some decent money but you need to have the patience to wait, promote, invest and wait some more.
I was just more than happy with my MySpace Links Directory as it got a PR 5 this update with some category pages PR 4(havent seen e'm myself,friends told me), but am sad for my blog that dropped a ranking!!! The submissions are still way too less in my dir but i hope it will grow!!!
I'm pleased enough to get away out of the PR3 after almost a year as a PR3, now a PR4 with lots of inner pages. Also aquired 4 other PR4's and 1 PR5(Blog) site, and if I am right...I could have a PR6 soon for www.indexqueen.com IF Overall I'm pretty pleased, as not only have I got away from the PR3 coursed, i've also gained some PR3's on my new directories and non directories sites and I think i'm climbing into the middle ground now and only this summer will determine on how will the future foretell, and I have experimented with lots of stuff in the past four months and have learned alot from it and I will use that knowledge to rank higher.
I'm happy with the pr update, I got what I expected 0-4 on Zippy and OptimumRank and 4-5 on LinkLister, Pectom kept the 3 which was on the domain when I bought it. I've also managed to get a decent amount of income from LinkLister. It's amazing how the submissions start coming in when you put a unique skin on a directory.
