Top link between Al Qaeda and Saddam's Baath Party Captured

Gay Patriot has posted an interesting view on the capture of Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi, a former major in Saddam's army who is believed to have masterminded the 7/7 attack in London.

Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi was caught as he was sneaking into Iraq from Iran.

High Ranking Al-Qaeda Leader Captured, Was In Saddam’s Regime AND al-Qaeda Before 2003 Invasion

So what do we have? We have more evidence of the Al Qaeda <-> Saddam link and we also have even more evidence of the Iran <-> Al Qaeda link.

Very interesting stuff! Way to go Gay Patriot!

Actually, if you have been paying attention, GTech has posted quite a bit of evidence on that topic over the last few years.

So many people have been captured, killed, hanged and maimed, Osama is still at large. Iraq is no where as peaceful as when Saddam was in power. Not sure where this piece of news is going to lead to.

That's about as rational as saying, in 1942, that the world was a lot more peaceful before America entered WWII.

It is technically true, but both senseless and misleading.

George Tenet, the former CIA chief, in his book revealed that Iraq was never doing anything that Bush's administration accused them of doing or attempt to do. BTW, nothing was found in Iraq that is anywhere close to what Saddam was accused of doing.

No matter who goofed, Iraqis are paying with their lives. Terrorism is their means to demand their pound of flesh.

Iraqi's are paying because they are fighting over who the real ancestor of muhammed is...the same goes for when Saddam was alive...he and his party did the exact same thing of killing members of the other party...terrorism to them is there way of trying to gain power. If the iraqi's would stand up to this in a larger showing, terrorism in iraq would be stamped out quickly.

Iraqi's are the main victims of terrorism. Terrorists from all across the Muslim world -- including Iran -- are flooding into Iraq to murder Iraqi civilians.

Read the news from the Iraqi's themselves at Iraq the Model or any of the blogs on their blogroll.

The U.S. is currently in Iraq defending Iraqi civilians from the terrorists.

The Iraqi's are not demanding terrorism -- they are demanding protection from terrorism.

I wished others had the insight to see this. I'm continually amazed at how some people here disregard Iraqis and would just as soon throw them to al qaida. They don't care about soldiers there, they don't care about Iraqis for sure, and never seem to muster a single bad word for the terrorists killing innocents there. Not even a peep. Shameful people.

most people also think that we are there to keep the war going, as opposed to trying to stop it...but this is what the liberal left wants...they want to think for the people instead of letting the people think for themselves.
